This was advertised as student housing, and things were great until the new management was ushered in. Our old roommate moved out, and they moved in a... 50 YEAR OLD MAN! I genuinely don't understand how people can be so dense as to think that's acceptable.

I love this apartment company they have worked really well with their tenants they are very understanding when it comes to financial issues and they are very quick when it comes to maintenance issues. I love this company i have referred a few of my friends here and we all love it here at sustella townhomes.

You ever wonder about reviews.... well most people only give bad reviews because they don't get there way. Let me tell you a little about where I live. I could not ask for a better place to live. The price is great and reasonable and I do not have to worry about utilities. The managers makes it easy to have your own place. I live with my brother in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. The apartments are older but well kept and if you do need anything just call the office. And where I live there is... a pool so summer time is great. I give a 4 star because if they offered online that would be it. The girls say it is in the works so for now 4 star is my choice.

I moved in apartment in August 2022 and absolutely love my apartment. The apartment is so close to VSU that I can walk to campus and not live on campus. The apartments are spacious and have lots of cabinet space and carpet only in the bedrooms which I love cause it keeps the apartment clean. I will be renewing for another year.

You will not find an better leasing staff that will go out of the way to make sure you feel comfortable. April and Alaysia are very professional and they treat you like family when you walk in the office. If you have an problem they will find an solution to help you. You will not find an better leasing staff
