Arbours at Villa Rica, LLC

I do not recommend Arbours at Villa Rica. The leasing office lacks professionalism and communication. The information they give residents is inconsistent. Leasing agents say they don't accept partial payments unless you use Flex or Rent apps, but higher management says partial payments are accepted.

If you're only one month behind on rent, they're quick to send the sheriff to your door. In today's economy, you'd expect more willingness to work with residents facing temporary hardships. Customer... service and communication need major improvement. Read More

They Great help and communicated with me very accordingly

Let me start by saying the staff is amazing and very friendly. I’ve now been living here for two months and I love it here. The neighborhood is quiet and very family oriented. Your neighbors are very friendly and welcoming. My daughters play outside in a safe community full of loving people. I’m so happy I found this place!

I’ve also applied in March and have yet heard anything from this property not even from the third party. It has now been 2 months since I’ve applied. I wouldn’t waste my time nor MONEY they are backed up from previous applications from last year!! They’ve stated that they are going in order of applicants submitted so it’s more than likely they are now FULL!

I wouldn’t apply here. It’s been since March 6, 2024 since I submitted my application and has yet to hear back from anyone. I’ve paid my fees and think it’s unprofessional on how long it take for potential residents to here anything from the third party. When you email them they tell you it’s thru a third party and you’ll receive an email. I have yet to receive an email or hear from anyone. 4/6/2024 will be a whole month since I’ve submitted my information.
