Awesome

I love it here at Gateway Mrs.Worthy the manager is the most respectful and caring Manager I’ve ever lived under. She gets things done very quick, she even comes out on the weekends to make sure the site is clean! Gateway is awesome!

RECONSIDER

Leasing agent has such a horrible attitude! She is very unprofessional and unaware about the property. I haven’t had proper heat in 4 months. My dryer stopped working, 4 days later no one still hasn’t come to fix it. I’m currently looking for another place to reside. The trash area is so disgusting at one point there were maggots on the ground around the trash cans.

HORRIBLE

I moved here and have been paying my rent on time & one day I got an eviction letter so I went to the office wondering why & they said I didn’t pay my rent (which I did they just lost it) Luckily I had my receipt & they later found it. So un-organized & the lady always has an attitude for whatever reason ! The trash dumpsters are always full & flies and little maggots be everywhere Also no matter how clean you keep your apartment (I LITERALLY CLEAN MY APARTMENT 2 to 3 times a week) & bugs and… ants still find a way into your apartment & outside of other residents apartments it’s always dead bugs !! I do not recommend moving here If you do you will see all the problems I am facing so goodluck

Leasing agents

Leasing agents are unorganized and will lose your rent and blame it on you. They do not care for the residents and barley do their job when it’s really nothing for them to do when they are full.

Do NOT, do NOT move here.

Communication between the leasing office is horrible. Constant Attitude from one leasing consultant in specific, is extremely unprofessional. I was lied to and misinformed more than twice. Any issue you have, they will not cater to you unless it’s on their time/term.
