Kendall Place

I moved back to Kendall Place and learned that the property was purchased by another management company. Let me say that this management team, including the property manager, Star Harrison did an impeccable job from beginning to end. The customer service was impeccable, and the entire process was not stressful at all. The moment I stepped onto the property I felt at home. I definitely would recommend anyone looking for an apartment to come on to Kendall Place!

Management can not keep employees or maintenance workers. The pool hasn’t worked in 4 years, trash always over flowing. No improvements to the inside of the apartment, not worth the price their charging. Only perk is that it is quiet, but cars get broken into
