Shadowood Apartments

The office is never open. If you call the phone rings and rings. If you leave a message you will never get a call back. If you have a maintenance issue good luck. You might as well fix It yourself. There is no way to get a hold of anybody. The apt manager shows up whenever she feels like it. She leaves the “we’re open” sign up and leaves for the day. This place is pathetic. And I thought the last apartment manager was bad.

This is an inviting, friendly and close community. Though it is small the apartments are large, well kept, and very welcoming. It is kid friendly, family centered and allows pets for those who are animal lovers. There is also a pool area that allows for lounging and dining. This property is central to the entire town and is in quick driving distance to and from all dining and shopping locations. It is nestled within a neighborhood which makes one feel like they are at home.

My wife, children and I moved in about three months ago. We are very pleased with everthing so far. They worked with us on the pet deposit when we moved in. The only thing that I can find that I'm not to happy with is that the pool needs to be clean more through out the week. The apartments were build in the 80s so of course theres is somethings that are need of repair. When u call to have something fixed, their on it the same day.

Shadowood Apartments are more than just apartments, its it's a place to call home! Comfortable, affordable, spacious and quiet! Close to everything in town, nestled in a small neighborhood, and the pool at times feels like it's your own private pool! Manager and staff are like family!
