A gathering with anyone additional to the number of guests listed on your reservation will be considered a party, incurring an additional fee of $25 per extra person, per night for each guest beyond the property's bed count, and may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all tender paid. Linens are not provided for the pull-out sofa, so guests should bring their own if using it. Checkout is at 10 am unless approved in advance; a $50 cleaner trip fee will apply if the cleaning team cannot access the property due to a delayed checkout. Early check-in or late check-out requests are based on availability and incur an additional fee of $20 per hour. A 15-minute grace period applies after 10 am check-out, with a $25 fee every 15 minutes thereafter. Checking in before 10 am or checking out after 4 pm requires booking an additional night. Guests are responsible for any damage to the rental property caused during their stay. Mail should not be sent to the rental, as the trusted partner is not liable for lost mail. When using the grill, ensure the knob is left in the off position and do not leave children unattended. Emotional Support Animals are treated the same as pets for booking and fee purposes, and applicable pet fees apply; failure to disclose an ESA before arrival may result in fees. Service animals are exempt from pet fees. The property owner and management are not liable for damages or refunds due to system failures or unforeseen occurrences like weather conditions, natural disasters, or construction. For stays of 40–60 nights, a mid-stay clean is required, including replenished linens and toiletries. For stays over 60 nights, a deep clean replaces the standard checkout clean.
