Check-in is at 3 p.m. and check-out is at 11 a.m. Laundry facilities with credit card-paid washers and dryers are available on each floor. There is 24-hour security. There is no access to the Ilikai fitness center or front desk, which are exclusively for Aqua-Aston guests. Starting in July 2025, spalling repairs and full exterior painting of the building will take place. Balcony access will be restricted from October 16, 2025, to February 21, 2026 (approximate dates), but after 5 p.m., the balcony will be accessible, but no furniture will be allowed as it's required to be removed for painting.
