The primary bedroom includes a king bed, a 55-inch flat-screen TV, a closet with mirror doors, a dresser, and AC. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, a closet with mirror doors, and AC. A private bunk bed den features two full-size beds (full over full bunkbed), a closet with mirror doors, and AC. The bathrooms include stand-up showers with Toto fixtures, Toto toilets with bidets, and LED mirrors. One bathroom also features a deep soaking Fleurco tub with a shower and a double sink.

The building is undergoing scheduled exterior maintenance, concrete repair, and painting from May 2026 through June 2027. Guests may experience intermittent construction noise or vibration, occasional louder repair work, dust, paint or material odors/fumes, and the presence of contractors or equipment around the property during working hours (Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm). Exterior work is expected at or immediately around this condo approximately February 2027. During active daytime work, lanai access will be restricted, and doors/windows should remain closed. Lanai furniture will be removed and unavailable during this phase. For privacy, closing the curtains is recommended while crews are working immediately outside the condo.
