This place is exactly what we needed. Downsizing from a home, we did not know what to expect from living in a condo. right off the top, the management greeted us with helpful transistion process. Made our move stress free!! They have accommodated our short noticed move in schedule, to helping us find an affordable moving company. Property Manager Elisha personally gave us the tour around the building. Wow! who does that! So far we love it here. So close to the beach, and hiking trails.... Love the sunrise and sunset from the cabanas

Horrible management and poor treatment of tenants
Management doesn't care about the tenants and treat them poorly. Definitely not worth your money and you can kiss your security deposit goodbye irrespective of the condition you leave the apartment in. The apartment itself is nice but small. You get the corporate greediness vibe through every experience there.
