Unfair

I pay my rent ahead of time with certified mail. And I’m being charged late fees totaling 1,500 this happened 2 month of moving here. I tryd several time to address problem and first they lost my proper paper work. Then the people was helping me They all got fired and now late fees. I will pursue legal action. I’m not the only one that has this problem.
