Welcome to this beautifully appointed luxury condo at Waipouli Beach Resort, located along Kauai’s scenic Coconut Coast. Perfect for a romantic getaway or relaxing island escape, feel at home in this elegant suite offering stunning views of the resort grounds and the blue Pacific Ocean just beyond. The resort has elevator access to all floors.
From your private lanai, living room, and bedroom, enjoy peaceful views of the lush tropical landscape, koi ponds, winding river pool, and sparkling ocean. The soothing sound of the ocean can be heard from every room. This condo features a spacious bedroom, an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and large walk-in shower, a comfortable living area with a TV, a writing desk, a full-size dresser, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, mahogany cabinetry, and premium appliances, Peruvian travertine flooring, a full-size washer and dryer, and a private balcony (lanai) overlooking the resort grounds.
There is a daily resort fee of $47 per day to use the amenities, paid upon check-in.
Waipouli Beach Resort is centrally located on Kauai’s Coconut Coast, giving guests effortless access to everything you need within minutes. You can walk to Safeway Grocery Store, Starbucks, ABC Store, Pono Market, Bull Shed Restaurant, spa services, and local boutiques. There is easy access to the Ke Ala Hele Makalae coastal path, perfect for sunrise walks, jogging, or bike riding along the ocean. Renting a car is the most convenient way to get around, with free parking at the resort. You can also walk to Safeway, Starbucks, restaurants, food trucks, shops, cafés, and the coastal beach trail in just minutes, or enjoy the nearby Ke Ala Hele Makalae oceanfront bike path, with rentals available close by.
Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out is 11 am. The beach in front of the resort is beautiful for walks and sunrise views, but ocean conditions vary—swimming may not always be recommended. Pool towels are provided; please return them before checkout. Please respect quiet hours to keep the resort peaceful for all guests. Mid-stay cleans are available by request for an additional fee, and towels, linens, and a baby cot are available upon request (there may be a fee). Kauai’s roosters are part of island life—you may hear them in the morning! The condo has central AC, but we ask guests to keep doors closed to maintain cooling.
