This space is non-shared. there is a sink to wash up a dish. You’re on the shady breezy side of property. Privacy palms. Laundry shared onsite: Washer in large indoor big Laundry-room is a shared community space with all onsite. no dryer. No animals allowed (I have a dog, he hates cats, does not do well with children) PARKING: Street Park, non designated. ROOM COMES FULLY FURNISHED.
