Project manager and staff are hard to contact. When there is a question or concern I often leave messages on their answering machine. Staff does not respond to phone calls.

21st CENTURY LIVING ON A DIME
This is a seniors only apartment building. It was built just over one year ago so everything is still newish, to coin a word. For the most part everything is still intact. A flaw with the oven was repaired. The only disappointment is that it is very small. Okay a little bigger than a phone booth, but not by much. I miss the freedom of having a larger home but I am grateful for a place to live with my wife of 47 years.

Safety of residents
Drug use and dealing and visitors come go and live there longer than the rules permit. Area has strip clubs drug s everywhere. Complaints are not taken seriously when it comes to safety of tenants. Bad poor management.

ONE YEAR OLD BUILDING
My wife and I have enjoyed being the first occupants of this building. What I am not pleased with is the brand of appliances that came with the apartment. The "F" brand has been plagued with problems. This brand has refrigerator, range and air conditioning placement in all 84 apartments in our bldg.
