My home

Wonderful place to live. Been here 10 years and will continue to. Josh the manager is understanding and easy to work with. Maintenance is always on call and very helpful and courteous. Neighbors are great and makes it a nice little community. There are excellent reasons to make your home here.

Great place to call a home

Oakwood is a great place to call a home. Maintenance is fast and friendly. The management team is always willing to help out with any concerns, or to just talk about the weather. Neighbors are great.

Really Enjoyed my 2 years there alot!

Living at Oakwood, as a graduate student, was the best of both worlds--close to ISU and a quiet apartment with an outdoor, small patio. I found it quite spacious and would clearly move back there again if I needed to return to Ames. Any maintenance requests were always completed within 24 hours if not the same day; and the Manager, Marty, was always quite helpful. As someone with extensive experience living in housing while attending universities it totally exceeded my expectation.
