I’ve been at The Grove for a while now and it’s honestly been a good spot. The units are clean, maintenance actually shows up when you put in a request, and the staff is pretty chill. The location is perfect for getting around Ames and the amenities are what you need — gym, laundry, all that. It’s been a smooth experience overall, definitely a solid place to live.

There are so many great amenities. I enjoy going to the clubhouse to do my homework and get a coffee! The staff are all very nice and helpful. Not only that but they have a lot of events for the residents to get free things and meet other residents. I would definitely recommend living at the grove to other people!!

My boyfriend and I went on a tour and the staff was very friendly! We loved the layout and we are planning on signing a lease to live there for next August. They also gave us free snacks!

I have loved every moment of living at the Grove. There are SO MANY community events. All of the staff are very intelligent and helpful. I am in a 3 bed/3 bath layout and think the price is perfectly fitting. The apartments are also super close to Jack Trice, so PERFECT for game days to walk right over. Maintenance is speedy, packages are ready for pickup quickly and I always feel safe living here.

If you’re looking for a place to live in Ames, look no further! The grove has great amenities and a very friendly staff. There pool is excellent!
