Amazing staff. Very fun, kind and easy to work with!!

The people at Quarters are so kind and helpful. They go extra and plan great monthly activities so that people can socialize. This is very consistent and always fun. When your package is delivered you can get a text, and friendly reminders for other important stuff too. Their website is good and easy to use.
when I had some personal problems moving it. The staff was very good and brainstorming and problem-solving to fit my specific needs. This is truly the best apartment in Ames, undoubtedly.… Random: Also the only place you'll casually meet athletes; so cool!!

Lots of parking space too! I know places where parking was an issue!

AMAZING PLACE

I have lived here for three years and loved every second of it. I’d lived in 4 different apartments before hand and the staff was always difficult to deal with, mail got stolen, maintenance requests were ignored or so many other things that could have been solved with communication. Quarters staff are always easy to talk to and ready to help with a concern of mail/ maintenance or keys issue. I will definitely be sad the day I have to move out!!

Great place to live!

Even though the quarters are off campus from Iowa State, they make up for it with all the amenities that they provide, such as the pool, golf simulator, and gym, to just name a few! Never a boring day at the Quarters as there is always something to do!

Best Place To Live In Ames!!!
