Above and beyond
This property management team is amazing! They’re always looking for ways to cheer up residents. Last week they did walking tacos and the week before we got ice cream they brought around riding on golf carts! They’re always looking for a way to cheer us up and to get us involved!! I just love them!

Avoid
Moved here because of the nursing crisis in the quad cities. I needed a three month lease and was charged an additional 50 percent above normal rent amounts. The outside of the units are run down and falling apart. The interior has been cheaply updated and still looks dated. When my lease was coming up for review the office called and said I could sign another 3 month lease, however, they would raise my rent by an additional 1,000 per month. Apparently they saw the opportunity to price gauge... traveling nurses. We are here because your cities are critically short of nurses. We are here,separated from our families and subjecting ourselves to increased risk of Covid, to take care of you and your loved ones. We can’t go home to visit because we are continually in contact with Covid patients and don’t want to risk exposing our families. The management at the springs have shown their appreciation by charging us more than double the normal rent amount. The final blow came when they kept all but 3 dollars of my security deposit. Just me…no dog or friends visiting. My Mom helped me clean on moving day. The place was cleaner than when I moved in. Please avoid this place. They are lower than low. If this review stops one traveling nurse from signing a lease at the springs….I will feel much better about this miserable experience.

Living here is nice until you have a problem!
Overpriced, and if you end up with noisy neighbors - that Management can’t do anything about unless it is “quiet hours” and you have to break your lease and move out early - the fees are insane!!!!! The padding between top and bottom apartment is minimal at best and there is literally nothing you can do about it - the lease is air tight and being close to a mental breakdown because of the constant noise is not acceptable according to that lease - I literally have a family with 2 small kids that... run - jump and ride scooters all day - and still could not move out without paying a LOT of expensive fees. One upside - the maintenance guys are efficient and friendly. If I had it to do all over again I would never move to the Springs at Bettendorf!

OVER RATED AND EXPENSIVE -- UNNECESSARY CHARGES
Do you like if some one force to do if you really dont want it. This is my first complaint. They force the tenants to pay $25 vallet trash. I used to stay in a unit close to Trash compactor and I was able to dump my trash every other day. But managemnt forced me to pay $25 for Vallet Trash. Second complaint- They will squeeze out your money when you move out. Tenants wouldnt come to know until they move out and to get a surprise bill from springs. I had to pay app. $1100 as move out charges.
