Great experience!

Living at the Springs has been a great experience. Great location, beautiful community, lots of amenities (for pets too), and spacious floor plans. The office and maintenance team are great. Living at the springs for the last 3 years has been a wonderful experience!

Clean and friendly community!

I have had a great experience living at the Springs at Bettendorf! The maintenance staff is quick to fix any issues and the leasing staff is very friendly and helpful! This community is well taken care of and I couldn’t think of a better place to live!

Horrible place to live

Got shafted on the renewal rate which I opted out of and the move out charges. Random charges amounting to the whole deposit for a 3 month stay. Just me, no pets, no visitors. Crazy dishonest management team

Above and beyond

This property management team is amazing!
They’re always looking for ways to cheer up residents. Last week they did walking tacos and the week before we got ice cream they brought around riding on golf carts! They’re always looking for a way to cheer us up and to get us involved!! I just love them!
