Nicest apartments in the QC

Definitely the BEST apartments in the QC. High quality - newer buildings and nice appliances, thick walls and floors so not a lot of sound transfer, internet and water is included in rent. It's
super clean, quiet, great maintenance, awesome location right on the bike path and close to all amenities. Loved living here for the last couple years.

Amazing Apartments and Perfect location

These apartments are simply amazing. They are Very well built (great insulation for the cold winter and hot summers) and in a perfect location with easy access to everything that Bettendorf has to offer. I really liked how spacious the 1 bedrooms were and loved the big kitchen! It is also a huge plus having all the utilities included in the rent.. even internet!! But, the best part about these apartments is the management! Deb is an all star! She is always around to answer questions and make… sure that you are satisfied. Nothing but a great experience here at The Groves!
