Good Property

Good property that is starting to show it's age. I've never had any serious issues with needed repairs or issues in the neighborhood. Its a good decent place and I thin has fair rent prices. Nearly all of my appliances were brand new. After nearly five years, I'll be moving to a brand new and more expensive complex.

Outdated/Not efficient

This complex is the sister complex to the low housing complex next door. No government subsidy so it’s outdated and not energy efficient but is ran like a government housing project with quarterly cleanliness checks and constant monitoring by staff. Complex has a bug problem due to location so quarterly pest control is provided free of charge.
