Apartment Living

I personally love the apartment, it feels very cozy, homey, and everything I need. I live with a few of my dogs and they've adjusted wonderfully, everyone is so welcoming and Denice is just amazing! The apartments are pretty soundproof and come amazingly furnished. Overall I have no complaints!!

Friendly Staff

We enjoyed our stay at 228 Spaces while traveling. Staff were friendly and the building was kept nice. We will stay again the next time we are in Cedar Falls and have recommended it to our friends who travel through town as well.

Reliable Place

My wife and I have stayed here for long-term stays about four different times in between our moves. Denise has always been able to accommodate us and has always been extremely responsive anytime there’s a problem, which has been 1 time when the water heater failed - which was replaced as soon as it could. The staff on site are always very friendly, especially to our husky. We always feel very welcome and love how convenient it is to have a laundry room in the building. The property manager is… always on site at her desk Monday - Friday to assist with any questions. 10/10

Wonderful, affordable microliving! Denice, the property manager, is absolutely wonderful—helpful, responsive, and always available when needed. The microliving setup is simple, comfortable, and provides an affordable housing option without unnecessary complications. I truly appreciate how welcoming and well-managed the property is. Highly recommend 228 Spaces!
