Fountains at Greenhill

I have been living in the Phase 1 apartments for almost 2 years now. Management is great, and their door is always open to any concerns I had. Maintenance takes care of issues very quickly and well! Very secure neighborhood and have never had any issues. Highly recommend.

We loved living here. The space was amazing and everything worked great. The sound quality from apartment to apartment was very good except the front door. So, if someone was loud in the hallway, you could hear them. But wall to wall was impressively soundproof. Shelly, the property manager, was more than we could ask for. She always responded to our messages, assured us we were taken care of, and helped with any problems. Most tenants were respectful and took good care of the surrounding... properties. It is for the most part a quiet area. No parties are allowed, and many tenants are families or singles. My wife and I have lived at Fountains at Greenhill for about a year and a half – we love it here! It’s a great place to live! Clean, quiet, secure – everything you’d want in an apartment complex. Laurie (on-site manager) and Anthony (on-site maintenance) are the friendliest people. They both go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and are always quick to jump on anything you could possibly need. Laurie even makes you cookies during the holidays! The location is perfect. It’s a quick... drive to Target, Wal-mart, Menards, UNI (approx. 3 min), but far enough away that you don’t get hit with lots of noise or traffic. The apartment itself is just a few years old, so everything still looks and feels new. There isn’t any noise bleed between units. The main doors are secured by a personal passcode, so you’ll always feel safe. The bedrooms are properly sized and the living room is very large in comparison to other apartments we’ve seen! There are tall ceilings, too, which just adds to the spacious feeling. If you want clean, quiet, secure living, we would highly recommend the Fountains at Greenhill. Fountains at Greenhill is the best apartment complex I have ever come across. Staff is incredibly helpful and willing take everything you have to say to heart and do anything/everything to resolve any issues. The apartments were built in 2012 but still feel like they were built yesterday. Appliances are all new and work great. Apartments are very spacious and have everything you need. Rent is exactly where it should be and actually cheaper than my apartment last year, which I could not wait to... leave. Utilities are based on YOUR actual usage, not the building as a whole then divided by how many units are in that building. They are located close to business areas in Cedar Falls, but set back far enough that they aren't in an extremely noisy/busy area. Will definitely be staying for a while. Read More

I LOVE our apartment! The apartments are only 3 years old with brand new appliances. The maintenance guys are fantastic (although they don't have to come often, as there are no problems). The hallways get cleaned weekly, leaving the apartments smelling clean and fresh. We love that it is in the middle of Cedar Falls, making it convenient to get on the interstate and to all the places we need to go. The apartment managers are fantastic as well, always keeping residents up to dates on things that... are going on in the area. For holidays they provide us with free snacks/lunches and coupons to restaurants. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone! Read More
