Very friendly and clean, and felt as if the clubhouse managed events and home living super well. Great place to meet new friends and expand outside of your comfort zone!

Great College Apartment!
I lived here 3 years, apartments are basically all college students. All 3 years I basically was out with roomates I didn’t know prior to living at Hillcrest and every year turned out good! Maintenance fixed everything in a timely manor! And most nights were quiet even having neighbors! The staff get back to you quickly. Would definitely recommend!

Overall Experience
Hillcrest is a friendly complex with amazing amenities and perks! There are always things going on at the clubhouse, giveaways, and even the chance to meet new people! Hillcrest is a home of every college around here from Allen, UNI, and even Hawkeye! I would recommend Hillcrest to anyone looking to have a fun and friendly college experience where you can meet lifetime friends!
