Perfect Living!!

I have enjoyed my time here at University Manor I don’t feel just like another tenant. The staff is always very helpful they go above and beyond to make sure all my needs are met. The maintenance team is always fast. I have never lived in a more quiet apartment building. The 24 hour staff is also a great piece of mind! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to live.

Great place to live!

University Manor is cozy, quiet, safe, and clean. I've lived here for five years. They always do their best to remedy any problems I have and are quick to fix anything if I need it! Highly recommend!

Perfect Complex, close to Campus

I have lived at University Manor for over a year now, and I absolutely love the complex. It is walking distance to campus and has several shops on the hill that are very convenient. It's also a quiet building and very well kept. The laundry facility is very easy to use and the extra storage in the basement is an additional bonus. The staff and maintenance crew are very respondent and is always ready to help with questions.

Definitely recommend living here!

I love living at University Manor

UM is such a great place to live! The people are so friendly, and the building is a beautiful place to call home :) The staff is really cool; the building manager Madi has a warm and welcoming personality. She's open to new ideas and suggestions, and is always looking for new ways to improve UM. Plus, the rent is very reasonable with fixed all inclusive utilities that you won't find anywhere else. I definitely recommend picking University Manor!! My boyfriend and I have been here for 6 months… and have already extended our lease for another year and half!
