    A Wonderful Place to Call Sweet Home

    I, Chafik, have had the pleasure of living at Cambridge Townhomes for nearly two years, and I can confidently say that it has been an excellent experience. The management team is exceptional—always friendly, professional, and quick to address any concerns. From the moment I moved in, they made me feel welcomed and valued as a resident.

    One of the greatest perks of living here is the convenience. The school bus stops right inside the complex, which makes mornings so much easier for families.    … Shopping options like Sam's Club, Walmart, and Aldi are all within walking distance, which is incredibly convenient for everyday essentials. Additionally, there's a public library, Hy-Vee, and a variety of great restaurants just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy a meal or run errands without having to drive.

    The maintenance team is another highlight—they are friendly, efficient, and always respond quickly whenever I’ve had any issues. Whether it's a small fix or something more serious, they are on top of it, ensuring that everything is taken care of promptly.

    Overall, Cambridge Townhomes offers a wonderful balance of convenience, comfort, and excellent management. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live!
