So great I lived there twice!

The complex is tucked away in a neighborhood away from busy streets, yet perfectly located close to downtown and the interstate.
Can’t beat the prices and value provided for the amount of space in each unit.
As with any apartment, issues with inevitably arise - the difference is how they are handled. Jasmine (complex leasing manager) does an exceptional job at addressing things promptly and ensuring a solution is reached. She’ll remain on sight after hours to see things through, if needed.
I… can honestly say working with Jasmine is what brought me back to Forest Ridge a few years later when my housing situation changed. She’s easy to work with, extremely flexible and just an all around fabulous person. She cares...and that shows...plain and simple.
Maintenance staff is also prompt and willing to help however they can.
Can’t say enough about my experience here.
The units themselves may not always stand out in any particular way (though as I mentioned - they are spacious, some have fireplaces or a nice patio area), but it’s everything else that sets it apart!

Our Experience

My husband and I came in and looked at apartments today, and the women that helped us was Jasmine. She was absolutely fantastic at answering all of our questions and she really went out of her way helping us and making us feel comfortable. We have gone to serveral apartments looking for something that made us feel safe and had respect for us because we are fairly young. We are so happy to have found a place that is accepting of a young couple and willing to give us a shot at our first apartment.… We all have to start somewhere. Thank u so much, we are so pleased!

My apt, is a safe place, that I can be in, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Just my cat..Lucy...and l have our quiet life to live. Loss of my husband, year and a half ago. Gone through a lot.
