Being a tenant here.

I love this apartment complex very clean, easy to manage with keeping clean and very quiet. Maintenance guys are always on their job and very thorough i really appreciate it and i can always contact Heather if I have any questions or concerns about anything.

Fine Living

Very nice apartments and the manager, Cody, knows how to do his job. If you have an issue with the apt., it WILL get taken care of. Maintenance crew is great as well. Great apartments and a great crew.

Professionally Managed and Truly a Good Place to Make a Home!

I have lived in a few different apartments and this one truly is a great place to live. I really enjoy how management is pro-active and engaged with all of us. Unlike in previous times, the property manager is on site all of the time. My family and I enjoy living here and we think you would too if you need a new home.

Love it here

I love Scott. Today I was out and about and my motorized wheel chair gave out on me. At that very moment Scott appeared. He's my guardian angel. I have been at Grand Ridge for 2 plus years and love it here. I would highly
recommend.
