St. Andrews Apartments

My apartment is in a quiet area and feels cozy. It's surrounded by lots of trees You can play tennis and volleyball here too, which is fun! Overall, it's a pleasant place to call home.

Nice place to live; never had any major issues, and the few minor issues I had were resolved very quickly. Relatively low rent, and my 1B/1B is more than enough room for 1 person.

The only real downside is that the kitchen is pretty small, but I've made it work (and I cook the majority of my meals).

I am very happy with both the management and the condition they keep their apartments in!

Management
They always take your concerns seriously and are ready to help. Whether it's a concern about the apartment or a neighbor, they are proactive, fair and have always kept me in the know! They treat you like a human being.

Maintenance
They're always respectful - and quick! I've never had to wait more than a day or two for help (and if that's the case, they let me know!).

Apartments
I have the 2… bedroom model. It is very spacious for 1 person, and can fit a small family well! The walls and carpets are clean, and the dishwasher works great! Also - ImOn works here! Don't have to have Mediacom.

Outside
The grounds are well taken care of - summer and winter - and there's plenty of room for the neighborhood kids to get their wiggles out. In the summer, I love sitting at the picnic tables for a change of scenery. There's also tennis courts and a volleyball court.

Garage
I love my garage! It holds one car, and some items in the back. It takes some getting used to when parking. It's been my best friend this winter! They're limited so if you're interested in one, let the office know as soon you can.

Location
Target and the movie theater are just a couple blocks away! Can walk there, if you want to.

Pets
Pets are not allowed here. However, I did ask the office if I could have a fish, and they said that'd be fine since as much as the fish would miss me when I went to work, it wouldn't make noise and bother my neighbors!

Overall
I feel very secure here. I lived at Windsor prior and could not be happier - complete 180! The only reasons I could see someone wanting to move out is if they decide they need more space, feel it's time to adopt a cat/dog, or are transferring out of the area. Read More

I've lived here 2 years now and wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Everyone who works for St. Andrews has been amazing my entire time here. Anytime I need anything fixed, it gets done right away. They even helped me get my car unstuck from the snow after a big storm! The prices are great for the amount of space you get. And you get a lot of space. It was such a great find when I moved to the area 2 years ago!
