    sub par

    new property manager is not really approachable and takes a while to respond. Maintenance is nice but does a shotty job and usually does the “landlord special” when I moved into my apartment last year we noticed a lot of water damage instead the cabinets under our countertop and their “solution” was to put plywood over the damage instead of fixing it, neighbors are quiet and nice. Overall I’d give it a 3/5 only because of management/ maintenance.
