I moved in about two months ago. My experience here has been excellent. The complex is beautiful, with a walking path and an expansive lake. The maintenance is excellent, the landscaping is designed well and well maintained. The maintenance staff are friendly, prompt, and professional. The office staff has gone above and beyond to meet my needs both before signing and after. I have food packages arrive twice a week and they text me when it arrives so it doesn't sit long. I think that's great.... Parking is never a problem, and everything in my apartment seems brand new. The apartment is spacious and has alot of natural light. The staff is all very kind and helpful. The property is also stunning and has a lot of charm!

Apartments are new and clean, the dog park is great!, but for the price, you could get a larger place, with similar amenities; otherwise too pricey for the size!
Also 1 bed, 1 bath apartments do not have space for storage inside the apartment, the “closet” is so small (similar to a hotel); and walls are thin, you can hear your neighbor upstairs (not the ones on the sides) and there is nowhere to walk around, so if you enjoy walks with your dog around the neighborhood (and not only around the... property), there are definitely better places!
