Hampton has the best Apartments ever in Iowa city.

Hampton apartments are amazing,clean,The office staff is very professional and friendly.Hamptons apartments are very safe and it's very close to a lot of stores.Very convenient staying here.

Great staff and apartments

The staff are great, they respond to any questions or problems as fast as they can. The maintenance team has done a great jobs with any issues I’ve had. The apartment and amenities are great. The community here is very welcoming and family friendly!

Kind and accommodating staff, beautiful units!

We moved in around a month ago from out of state, sight unseen, and we could not be happier with having chosen the Hampton at Coral Ridge as our new home! It is very pretty here, the grounds are well kept, the fitness center is very clean with lots of equipment options, the playground is great, and the units themselves are really clean, pretty, and up to date and modern. The staff has been very accommodating to us throughout our move, getting back to us promptly, assisting us with any questions… or requests we have had since moving in. Everyone is so friendly, we are so grateful to have moved here ! :))

Amazing Complex!!

My wife and I lived here for two years in an 2 bed 1 bath and it was by far one of the best apartments we’ve ever rented. Not only was the price excellent for the space we got but the staff was always so responsive, respectful, and constantly went above and beyond what was asked of them each time. We went on to purchase a home, but even with such amazing news part of me didn’t want to leave. To this day I still stop by to say hello to the staff!

Best Place to Call Home!!

Amenities galore with the best staff who care about their residents. I love my spacious home where my pets and I are spoiled by Michelle, Tonya, and Mike. The community is quiet and friendly. Awesome location. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else!!
