Crystal Ridge Apartments & Townhomes

After my divorce I was looking for an updated and affordable place in a nice neighborhood.
After a long search I came across Crystal Ridge apartments. They were all that and more. The units are spacious and clean, the neighbors are all good people and Tonya(property manager) and her staff are great.
I definitely recommend this place.

Although we were not there very long, a big "Thank You" to Tonya (Property Manager) as well as the Maintenance Man who were both caring and helpful during our living at this complex. I loved seeing all the pets. The grounds as well as the apartments/townhouses are well kept. I would definitely refer potential renters to Crystal Ridge!

Very nice apartments and well kept grounds. I have had no problems with the place itself but the office lady has been very rude and unhelpful. The management has been very hostile and rude whenever you talk to her. She makes you feel like you have done something wrong when it has not been your fault. She has always had an attitude when coming into the office and thinks she is above you. Talking with Tonya about any problems or questions you have has been impossible. She does not listen or help.… Keep all emails with her because she likes to change what she has said and does not believe anything you have sent her without proof. This pet friendly complex is by far the nicest place I've lived over the years. The managers are so nice and the maintenance guy is top shelf. The grounds are well maintained and mowed on a regular basis. It's clean, quiet, and conveniently located. Lastly, the other tenants I've met are very polite and friendly. Nobody I've talked to has had any problems or complaints.
