Not Worth The Stress

Lived there about a year. The place overall is fine nothing special about it really. Picked it mostly for the cheaper cost and the proximity to work. Worked well for me for a year and one girl there was really nice so it was fine. Getting in was terrible they made a mistake or confusion on when my insurance was supposed to start refused to admit and let me into my apartment or compensate for the WEEK they wouldn't let me in when I finally got in everything was fine has carpets which I knew but... are never a good idea for it all charged me up a lot for carpet cleaning once I moved out. Overall very frustrating to work with for what they gave in return and how much they nickel and dime you.

Quietness

Katy,Sophie, Heather and Cris they were very helpful and nice . I loved the quietness in Indian Ridge Apartments , my apartment was clean but I wish in the future do some renovations for the kitchen and bathroom.It was a good experience.

Going to miss Indian Ridge Apartments

Never wanted to leave, but due to work I had to leave a very well upkept complex through professional maintenance and very respective administration in the main office for Indian Ridge Apartments. If I return to Davenport, I know where I am applying to first!

Sad to leave!

Had to move out of Indian Ridge due to general life reasons, but I wasn't ready to go! I would absolutely live at Indian Ridge again. I'll miss the the central location near stores, my gym, restaurants and the Duck Creek Trail. The wide open green spaces and easily accessible apartments, combined with the balconies and ample storage made for a great experience.

Would Live Here Again

I loved living here!! Would still be living there if I hadn’t had a change in work assignments. The apartments are kept clean and pest free. Common areas are kept up and in good repair. Very quiet for the amount of units present. Maintenance staff is always on duty and responds to issues professionally and promptly. Office staff is friendly and great at answering questions and helping with opportunities. If you are worried about apartment living there is no need to worry here. 5/5 would totally... live here again. I was sad to go actually. I usually don’t take the time to do reviews but the owners and staff of Indian Ridge totally deserve it.
