Maplewood Apartments

Warning all of these apartments have an infestation of bed bugs, roaches, mold. I lived here for 2 months in fear of my life (deadly allergic to bed bugs) we had no heat for the first month and no hot water around Christmas time for 3 weeks. They did almost nothing to help. I also got injured at this place staff did nothing to fix the problem due to the building dumping water in the parking lot and freezing. I've loved downtown Davenport off 6th st and 8th st on the west side and never have I… lived in such a nasty place. Dont rent from these people. And all the reviews seem to be from the management of the place. No one that lives at this place actually enjoys it. This place will do nothing to fix the issues you will have. i really love my apartment it's nice i love the blinds very comfortable we have a nice parking lot the people are nice my kids have a lot other kids to play with they have a playground around for the kids its very nice

My husband and I love our apartment. We just don't love the location. My brother and sister in law live on the next street over from us and, man, what a difference 1 street makes! Their street is quiet aside from a couple nosey neighbors they have. Anyway, we love how big and homey our apartment is. It has a huge living area, 2 bedrooms. So, our daughter will have her own bedroom when she makes her debut in the world.
