I wouldn't move there

They don't care nothing about the residents. You leave messages they don't return your calls. You go to the office they're sitting at the desk playing on their phones. Laundry room 4 of the 5 machines are always broke . If they put a letter on your door anybody walking by can read it. They never apologize when they're wrong.

Smoky, loud, impossible to reach management. No fitness center as the listing says. Maintenance does come when you submit a request.

You get what you pay for

The pros are that the leasing office ladies are fantastic, they’re super sweet and they help you with whatever you need. The apartment itself is cute and has enough space. I have good experience here. The cons are the maintenance team is a little sketchy and can take awhile to get back to you. Some of the neighbors are questionable but usually everyone minds their own business. Its not central AC which sucks in the summer time so buy fans. And its not in the greatest part of town either. Bridge… avenue is pretty much a shooting range :/ Its cheap and affordable so there’s a major plus.
