I would recommend these apartments to everyone! Starting with touring, my application lease and move in being so easy! Annesa and Kevin are the BEST! The apartments are very well kept! Every question I ever had was responded to within minutes as well as a maintenance request I marked as “low priority” being completed that same day! I truly felt safe in this apartment using the locked entrances and separate parking ramp to even taking my dog out in the dark! Amazing spot in the heart of downtown Des Moines. From the beautiful views to living right above a grocery store (and Starbucks), it’s hard to find a deal quite like living at Fourth + Court. Annesa has been extremely friendly, helpful, and communicative throughout our experience living here, which will be coming up on a year. I truly loved living at Fourth & Court Apartments! I was a first tenant at the brand-new apartment and wouldn't be leaving if it wasn't for job relocation. Fourth Court is the most ideal location in the downtown area with Hyvee right below, the Farmer's Market right outside and restaurant/bars within walking distance! Having Hy-Vee below the apartment makes life so easy as you won't need to leave the building to get groceries! The units are very spacious with large closets, high ceilings and… floor to ceiling windows. Parking is very convenient as the complex has a private ramp that leads to the tenant parking spaces and on the same level of the apartment entrance.
