Woodland crooks

This appartment complex is the worst run apartment complex in des moines. In the 3 years I've lived here my original appartment was completely flooded out thanks to the negligence of the management and they didn't bother to reimburse me for any damages property. I've also seen rodents in the building on several occasions and most recently had my car towed from their parking lot for no reason despite having a resident sticker on the car. DONT rent from these crooks
