Great Apartment

The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of downtown Des Moines, with shopping, dining, and entertainment just steps away with access to the skyway. AMAZING place to live!

Love living in an amazing apartment building so close to restaurants and other fun things downtown. I love being able to use the skyway to go to the gym in the morning. The YMCA has so many amenities.
