Nice Homes

Regan, our property manager, was great throughout the whole initial process. We loved the spaciousness of our townhome. The exit process was smooth as well.

good unnoisy nice fun great to live in peacefull exlanent confotable close to schgools and shops and dmac and walmart good sicuerty good parking lot no promblems in the parking lot we apertsheate your porgram ilove des moines great home great price no issues the homes are new and the house will never get drestory my cars will never get destoried

Great Place for families

I have recently moved into my Southern Meadows townhome and I adore it here. Althought the noise from traffic is horrid and fails to cease, its easy to get around (as you are close to everything) and the rent is affordable and provides ease for people with small families who are looking to make a home for themselves. Not much to complain about as far as staff and maitnence as the staff is all friendly and as prompt as they can be. The only disagreeable aspect is that they have somewhat created a… monopoly for the local cable company which is technically illegal but then again TV/INTERNET is a luxury.. Love it here!!
