Beautiful wood floors overlaying concrete construction... with antique light fixtures. This type of apartment is seen in movies, but very rare in real life, you must tour the building to appreciate.The Elmhurst is located on a quiet Residential street on top of the hill 1 block to Smoky Row, 4 blocks to Gateway Market, and 3 blocks to Carl's Bar. Hoyt Sherman & the Sculpture Garden are on the Southeast corner of the neighborhood. 10 minute walk to downtown and bus service is 1/2 a block away.
