Home

There are a few reasons I've given this place 5 stars, but the 2 most important are 1) paying rent, with their online portal, I can make payments from each check instead the full amount all at once & I can pay early so I know my rent is always paid on time & 2) because I can finally have the dog I've been not only wanting, but needing for a few years now. Though I'm still looking for one, knowing I have the option to get one is great. They management is great & has always answered all my… questions in a timely matter. It's a great community.

WARNING: Stay away!

This is the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in! Disgusting. They only have cleaners come on Thursday or Friday so when the weekend rolls around the mess sits there for a whole week! Vomit in the stair well, dead animals in the laundry machines, non functional washing machines in general. The list goes on. I wish someone would have warned me so I’m here warning you… don’t sign that lease baby. They’ll be in your apartment every other month either fixing something that’s broke from cheap… renovation or spraying for something they can’t tell you about.

We do monthly pest control sprays for every single apartment in every single one of our… communities that we maintain, we make sure to always do preventative maintenance for all of our communities. And as far as maintenance and cleanup, we've switched to a new management team and now we have 24/7 maintenance on staff.

Please give us the chance to turn this experience around.

Tours

Scheduled a tour for apartments that we’re up for lease. Commuted several hours and came to find out they did not remember leaving me attempting to find some sort of contact to receive some answers while sitting in the parking lot.

Management is excellent!

The staff is extremely friendly. They're quick to answer calls and maintenance has been outstanding. The new management team has done a wonderful job of remodeling the units and making changes to the community. I would recommend to anyone moving to this area.
