Village on Grand

I just do not know if there is enough space here to sing the praises of this complex and it's staff. The manager is amazing, she is kind and very responsive to any and all questions...top notch manager.
The maintenance team is so good. They are constantly picking up trash, upgrading the paint in the common areas They are receptive to requests and are very polite.
The apartments themselves are neat and tidy, no funny smells or broken equipment like in many complexes. I fell instantly in love... with the location too! Only one block from a pharmacy, a grocery store, a bus stop and a Caseys. Oh and I can't forget the many restaurants within a block or two. Read More

I have lived at Village on Grand for quite some time. I have had a lot of “landlords” within my time being here, but Dana is different not only does she have a heart of gold, but she listens to feedback and goes above and beyond for her tenants: she is not just a landlord, she becomes family. You will not be disappointed.

The two bedrooms are a nice size and the design makes it easy to host my family when they come to visit. It’s also such a great location

This apartment complex is so nice. I have new windows, carpet, and an air conditioner. It’s so affordable compared to the other apartments on Grand and Ingersoll. I love living here with my dog.

This is a great place to live and it is close to every thing I need, my work, grocery store, restaurants, and bars. I can literally walk anywhere. It’s friendly and quiet at night.
