The two bedrooms are a nice size and the design makes it easy to host my family when they come to visit. It’s also such a great location

So affordable and nice!

This apartment complex is so nice. I have new windows, carpet, and an air conditioner. It’s so affordable compared to the other apartments on Grand and Ingersoll. I love living here with my dog.

Close To Everything

This is a great place to live and it is close to every thing I need, my work, grocery store, restaurants, and bars. I can literally walk anywhere. It’s friendly and quiet at night.

New ownership is fantastic!! No management company!
Each unit is fully remodeled, secured buildings, private parking.
Great place to live, overall, close to everything and feels like home.
