No onsite management
We have lived here for 3 1/2 years, the last 6 months has been very unlivable. We should have left sooner. There is no on site manager, they do not care about the safety of their residents- there is only 1 railing on the stair well. The landlord at Deer Run Apts claims the stairway is not wide enough to put 2 railings for when people bring furniture up and down the stairs. (we had no problems when we moved in 3 years ago). There is no parking because the landlord lets trailors and boats park... where ever! Oh and the hallways are never clean. Last but not least there is no playground or pool.
