Was 62W unit 228 and it was perfect! Two bedroom, two bath, right off the elevator, had view of the courtyard and was quiet! The apartment is set up perfectly for one person or family. Everything you would want!

My family and I have lived at 62W for around 3 months. We have been very pleased with the quality of our apartment. Included features like quiet close cabinetry, granite, gas stove, front load washer and a functional floor plan have been much appreciated. We feel very safe at 62W, the controlled access, indoor parking, and the neighborhood it's self leave you with a sense of peace. Having lived in apartments in the past, noise was always an issue. At 62W, we have not experienced any of those... issues that you would expect living so close to others. I would highly recommend 62W for singles, families, or anyone who appreciates quality building and amenities on a budget.

62W apartments are spacious and full of light! The staff is fantastic, and the residents create a true community. Great location and wonderful amenities! Close to grocery stores, schools, and shopping in a thriving city.
