Wonderful place to live

March 2026 made 6 years I’ve been a resident at The Ave. I love it here, my daughter love living here as well, she loves
Playing with her friends outside and going to the Johnston Library. The staff is so amazing and reply back quick with Maintenance, concerns or just questions I/I’ve had. The entire team is amazing and things has gotten 1000% better since the new ladies has became
part of the team that makes living here a better place.

Love it here!

We moved in 2 months ago and have had such a good time getting to know the neighborhood. Maintenance has been really wonderful and prompt with the small things we needed fixed. Jordyn and Brittney in the office are sweethearts!
