Love this apartment

The price is great for the garage and a two bedroom. The only downside is the fact that I wasn't aware that I was going to have to pay utilities, water, and internet separately, as nothing is included in the price of the apartment, except for the apartment itself and the garage. Other than that, it's an amazing place, and quiet!

disappointed

it seemed really great, the price point, management, and the third floor we were set on. It seemed as we were all good to go with an application and promise of a May move in. However with communication being entirely one sided we didn’t hear anything from them unless we reached out, and when we did the information was only vague and sent to one party.

Left homeless

We tried to apply in February and we were told to not apply until April for a May 1st lease. Calling again in March we were told that we are now 8th on the wait list. From being told that we couldn’t apply until later only to find out that many many more applicants are ahead of us is enraging to say the least. This was the apartment we had our hearts set on and now we are being left homeless while we have to wait for an apartment to open up. This is an awful system that initially promised us an… apartment, only to turn around and tell us we can’t live there at our requested date. Absolutely awful. I don’t even recommend applying here considering you will only be left with empty promises.
