Great until property manager changed
I had no issues for the last 2.5 years and considered staying here for a long time. However, the property manager changed a month ago, and I am already having issues. I have a package that went missing. I asked him if he could send a mass text in case someone accidentally took it. He refused until I talked to USPS, who has it scanned as delivered. I explained my desire to be proactive, to which he still refused. During this conversation, he sent me a shrug emoji. I could pay less money somewhere... else for the same apathetic service.
