Unreliable heating and air-conditioning

Heating/air conditioning does not work on 3rd floor and 1st floor, many units have had very poor output. Management contacted and has been working on it for 2 years now. They have handed out portable heaters and AC units. I would not recommend renting here unless they fix the air conditioning and heating.
