Great location

I've had a great experience living at Stratford Pointe Apartments in Waukee! The community is quiet and well-maintained, and the apartments are modern, clean, and spacious. The management team is friendly and responsive, always willing to help with any concerns and the internet has top notch speeds. I also love the convenient location thats close to shopping, dining, and walking trails. It's been a comfortable and enjoyable place to call home.

Great place to call home

I've had the pleasure of living at Stratford Pointe for awhile, and I can confidently say it's one of the best apartment communities in the area.

The apartments are beautifully designed with modern finishes. The kitchens are spacious with granite countertops, and the walk-in closets provide ample storage space. The 9-foot ceilings and private balconies add a touch of luxury to everyday living.

As a pet owner, I appreciate the on-site dog park, which is a great place for my dog to play and… socialize. It's clear that Stratford Pointe values pets and provides amenities that cater to them.
