They did have a mice issue and very cheaply built but good lovation

They do have a nice issue, eventually they gave us some traps and the property manager got rid of the one they caught but I didn’t get to see the issue fully resolved before we left. Very cheaply made and we never got to enjoy any ammenities (lived there 2021-2022). Maybe it is better now.

Moved out early

Mice, bugs, fairly poorly built. Never had a pool or dog park or any amenities I paid for available in entire year we lived there.

Hello – we had gotten a report from a resident stating they had mice in their unit, but when we had pest control come multiple times to set traps they found no sign of mice. We do apologize on the timeline of the amenities, we didn’t build this… property and didn’t have control of those timelines because of that. My happy place

I feel comfortable living here, my unit is great for me and the price is right. Many good interactions with management and will stay for some time!

Gorgeous Townhomes! Highly recommend.

My wife and I have lived her for a little over a year now and we have nothing but great things to say about The Commons. From property managers to maintenance to the neighbors surrounding you, this community truly feels like home. Far enough from the business, but close enough to everything you may need and more. If you’re looking for a well maintained, cozy place to call home, you’ve found the one.
