Poor Communication and Unhelpful

The company is really bad at communication and treats potential renters poorly. I had a time scheduled to tour a property and they cancelled it 4 hours before with no explanation. I rescheduled it and liked the townhome I toured and asked about future availability and they told me to text them. They never responded to my text, I tried emailing and calling and those were also ignored. After that, I went with somewhere else because trying to get someone to respond to me was such a headache and… felt like that if there were any issues with the townhome in the future, they'll probably be very unhelpful.
